Terms of Service
Services
Cyber Studio provides design, development, and creative services as described in project proposals and service agreements. All deliverables are subject to the terms of the applicable agreement.
Payment
All projects require a 50% deposit before work begins. Projects under $3,000 require full payment upfront. Retainer subscriptions are billed monthly and can be paused or cancelled at any time.
Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, all custom deliverables become the property of the client. Cyber Studio retains the right to display completed work in its portfolio unless otherwise agreed.
Revisions
Each deliverable includes up to 3 rounds of revisions. Additional revision rounds are available at the current hourly rate. Revision requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.
Refunds
We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Any disputes should be raised during the revision process outlined in your project agreement.
Limitation of Liability
Cyber Studio's liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific deliverable in question. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
