Cyber Studio runs done-for-you B2B outbound for client companies. This page explains what information we collect, why we collect it, and what we do with it. If you have questions, email contact@cyber.studio.
What we collect
From people who visit this site or book a call:
- Name, email, company, role, and any details submitted through the Cal.com booking form.
- Anonymous traffic data (page views, referrer, device, country) via lightweight web analytics.
- Cookies set by Cal.com for the booking widget. No cross-site tracking cookies are set by us.
From client companies (during an active engagement):
- Business contact details for your team and any prospect lists you provide.
- Reply data from your outbound campaigns (subject lines, replies, meeting outcomes).
- Domain and inbox configuration data needed to run your sending infrastructure.
How we use it
- To respond to your inquiry, schedule calls, and follow up about working together.
- To run outbound campaigns on your behalf if we sign an engagement.
- To improve the website and understand which pages help visitors.
- To meet legal, tax, and accounting obligations.
Third parties
We rely on a small set of vendors to deliver the service. Each one only sees the data needed for its role:
- Cal.com — meeting booking widget on this site.
- Instantly — cold email sending platform for client campaigns.
- HeyReach — LinkedIn outreach for client campaigns on the Full Stack tier.
- Apollo and Clay — prospect data enrichment and signal-based targeting.
- MillionVerifier and NeverBounce — email verification.
- Vercel — website hosting and basic analytics.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We do not share data with third parties for advertising.
How long we keep it
Booking inquiries that do not result in a contract are deleted within 12 months. Client engagement data is kept for the duration of the engagement plus 24 months for accounting and reference, then deleted. You can ask us to delete your data sooner.
Your rights
If you live in the EU, UK, or California, you have the right to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you, and to object to certain uses. Email contact@cyber.studio and we will respond within 30 days.
Children
This site is built for B2B buyers. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
If this policy changes materially, we will update the date above and post a note on this page before the change takes effect.
